Lynn Demers
biographyLynn Demers has been living and making sculptures on Salt Spring Island for 20 years. A B.C. native, she spent her childhood exploring these tranquil natural spaces and developing her creativity.
A self taught sculptor who has experience working in a bronze casting foundry and as a jewelry designer and finisher. Lynn’s most recent works are figurative and focus on depicting peace and serenity. Lynn has exhibited widely in galleries through the region, and her work has twice been chosen in juried shows for exhibition in the USA. Her work in in numerous collections in Canada and Internationally.
