Megan Manning
biographyMy creative journey has travelled through writing, acting, tap dancing, singing, photography, and film making. I was born in San Francisco, but moved to Europe at two and grew up in a small town in England where I attended a rather unique boarding school called Summerhill. I moved back to California for High School, and then to San Francisco, where I died my hair orange and went to film school.
I studied photography and film making at various establishments and graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Film/Animation. I now live on Salt Spring Island, on the beautiful west coast of Canada. Megan exhibits her photo based art regularly on Salt Spring Island.
