Virginia Midgett
biographyVirginia Midgett graduated from West Mount High in Montreal and moved to Ontario where she enrolled in the fine arts program at Sheridan College, and later entered the three year Metal Arts course where she graduated in 1977 at the top of her class.
She became a model maker for a large company making gold and silver diamond and gemstone rings and bracelets. in 1980 she moved to Bermuda where she worked as a goldsmith for 13 years before moving to BC and in 1999, to Salt Spring Island working for local jeweller Wolf Kranz. Indulge Jewellery Studio was opened in 2004.
